LEWIS ~ Leslie William Lewis passed away in Lloydminster, Alberta on Monday, May 18, 2015 at the age of 50 years.
Leslie leaves to mourn his passing: his loving wife: Violet Lewis; son, Ryan Lewis; granddaughter, Catherine Rose; two sisters: Wanda Lewis (Ralph Montana) and Nadine (Bruce) Sinclair; one brother, Kelly Lewis; eleven nieces and nephews: Shaleen, Lavander, cherished Godson Tristan, Bobby-Lee, Kyle, Carmen, Chelsea, Troy, Alex, Natasha and Chad; and special uncle, Norman Lewis.
Leslie was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Clara Lewis; three sisters: Deloris Lewis, Eunice Gehweiler and Sandra Alloutte; and two brothers: Evert Lewis and Corey Lewis.
Donations in memory of Leslie Lewis may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
