Nichole Marie Dwyer passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at the age of 32 years.
Nichole will be sadly missed by her father, Nicholas; three brothers: Shane (Natalie) Dwyer and Family, William (Laura) Dwyer and Family and Nicholas (Kate) Dwyer and Family as well as numerous other relatives.
Nichole was predeceased by her mother, Bertha Dwyer.
Donations in memory of Nichole may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
